UD in three shows !!!
Owner: Linda Douglas
Breeder: BJ - Sue DeWulf
Beau started out in Novice A and traveled the
obedience road to Utility, finishing his UD in 1,2,3 shows!
That is Beau's fashion. Steady, methodical and never
waivoring. True to his breed, he is his Mom's shadow and he
is never seen outside without a trusty stick!
BJ is BJ. Starting out his obedience career at
the London Canine Association in Canada with "back to
back" High In Trials. Agility is his game which he
never takes seriously! His favorite pastime:
FISHING....don't ask! |

First UD dog & First Tournament Placing
Owner: Marge Nizio
Breeder: Linda Brady
Wager is my second obedience dog and first UD dog,
and has made it quite easy. He is so full of energy and
always willing to do what ever it takes to please me and his
dad. He wakes up in the morning wiggling and doesn't stop
until its time to go to bed. He has made me very proud of
him with his accomplishments in obedience and agility (which is
his favorite). Two Dog World Awards in Novice (AKC & UKC),
Placements in all of his Novice Shows, 8th. place at the 2000
Detroit/Windsor World Series (Open Division), 10th place at the
2001 DWDOA World Series (Utility Div), Two HIT's. I
could not have asked for a more wonderful dog to show. |

"Andy"
Owner:Judy Pendracki
Breeder: Jan Lindell-Meinhard
Andy is my first UDX dog. The U-OTCH was icing on
the cake. His love of working and great desire to please
makes him easy and fun to train.
Ellie is Andy's full sister from a repeat breeding.
She is much more serious and not as much fun to train, but she is
a lttle more reliable. She has made me realize that all dogs
are different and require different training techniques. |

Owner: Rita

Cooper
Tyler is my second Am Staff. We had a very successful
year in agility. As we continue to train in agility,
our goal is to compete in obedience in 2001. Thanks go
to the CCC and Linda Brady for the encouragement when I became
discouraged. I am most proud of his wonderful personality,
welcoming everyone with affection and displaying the true Am Staff
personality. To dog fanciers and pet owners-Don't judge a
book by its cover. Take the time to look within and find the
beauty of its contents. |

"Luther" started 2000 with a bang winning an
Award of Merit at Westminster KC in February, an Award of Merit at
the Midwest area American Belgian Tervuren Club Regional Specialty
in March, a BISS at the Great Lakes Belgian Terverun Club
Specialty in March, and then winning the "big one", the
American Belgian Tervuren National Specialty in Georgia in April.
It's been a very good year. He finished 1999 rated in the Top Ten
Tervs and along the way picked up both his AKC and UKC CD's and
his CDX. Lou just turned 5 years old on 7/24/00; we hope the best

ZOEY
HT, MX, MXJ, AAD, FDCh
First place - 1999 Pupperoni Agility Championship 24"
division
Owner: Lori Michewicz
Zoey is my first performance dog. She just turned 4 years old in
June of 2000 and competes in AKC & USDAA agility, herding and
in the past, flyball. She is a once in a lifetime dog! We started
at CCC when she was just 10 weeks old and I was on the road to
training my first
performance dog. Showing Zoey has opened up a whole new part of my
life. Zoey placed first in agility at the Pup-Peroni Classic
in 1999 (at the age of 3) and has reached the top levels of AKC
& USDAA Agility rather quickly. I am proud to say that we are
a team and the best part is letting everyone know that she is my
pet first and the competition part of our lives is just icing on
the cake. |

CH CAN OTCH U-CDX BRUSHWYND JUSTICE FOR ALL UDX S-UD JH CAN WC OA
NAJ CGC TDI, HOF "Justice"
Owner: Dave Rogulski
Justice is my first purebred and first Flat-Coated
Retriever, and we have grown and learned much together. Among his
many accomplishments:Earning his CH with 4 majors, a CD with a Dog
World from Novice A. He has been ranked in the Top Ten Flat-Coats
in obedience in the US and Canada (#3 US, #2 Canada in 1998). He
attained the Flat-Coated Retriever Society of America Hall of Fame
in April 2000 at the age of 9. Beyond these and other
accomplishments, I'm most pround that's he's a good citizen,
welcoming all with affection and displaying the true Flat-Coat
personality.
I would especially like to thank two people for our success. First
Jim Storks for getting me into the breed (and showing Justice to
his first 4pt major from the puppy class). Secondly Linda Brady
for her tutoring and inspiration. Without the opportunities to
learn and train, none of us would have seen Justice's potential
fulfilled.
NEWS FLASH !!!
Justice gets a JAM at the Canadian National
Specialty while his housemate "Chance" takes HIGH IN
TRIAL !!! |

my one and only homebred litter. Owner trained and handled to all
of his achievements, including a Group I at a supported entry,
winner of Veteran Sweepstakes at a National Specialty, my second
UD dog, and his OA title at age 10 that qualified him for the Flat
Coated Retriever Hall of Fame! Rumor also went BOB at a Supported
entry from the Veterans class at age 10 1/2! He was the only
veteran entry and beat 15 or so specials, all at least 1/2 his
age. He tied for HIT in Canada from the Open B class, and was
awarded Highest Scoring Flat Coat in Canada that year. He is gone,

JESSICA
FAWN UD, CGC, UKC/SKC CD, ASCA CD
Owner: Ellen Deyo
TWO HIGH IN TRIALS FROM THE NOVICE A CLASS (ASCA) & HIGH IN
TRIAL FROM THE NOVICE A CLASS (SKC)
#1 PUG AND # 2 TOY DOG NOVICE OBEDIENCE A IN THE US (FRONT AND
FINISH MARCH 2002)
#2 PUG IN PDCA OBEDIENCE RATINGS IN THE US (PUG TALK
MAGAZINE MAY-JUNE 2002)
Jessica and I are just starting out as"first time obedience
people", and are having a ball with the sport. We have had so
much fun (not without our share of pitfalls along the way)
in classes and shows. We are learning so much, and thanks to Linda
Brady and her staff of helpers, find it easier all the time. It is
so enjoyable with all the friends we have made at C.C.C. doggy and
otherwise.
As we are experiencing "open" class now, we have
found the AGILITY EXPERIENCE, and are off and running in yet
another direction! Jessi seems to love it, even though she
is known as the "dog without a nose!" |
